The location and hotel rooms are very good. I would say the included breakfast is quite weak (very limited and budget breakfast) and the front desk accounting etc is shoddy

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency and it was not only beautiful but very clean and It is also on the beach. The staff was excellent and the breakfast buffet was awesome. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Mi estadía fue increíble, las personas súper amables, vistas increíbles, habitación muy limpia y cómoda y sobre todo con unas vistas increíbles y no digamos la playa. Gracias por todas las atenciones en nuestra honey moon! ??

Good and beverage was reasonably priced compared to other hotel chains. ?Balconies are small with no room for sitting, however, lobby area was a great place to have morning coffee and relax. ?Will go back!

We love the Hyatt! We got married there in 2003 and try to go back every year on our anniversary. The staff is wonderful. The accommodations are always. Excellent. We have never had a bad experience at the Hyatt. Hopefully we’ll be able to go back again in October for our 23rd anniversary.
