The best experience!! We loved everything about this hotel. All of the staff was very accommodating and super friendly. Rooms were beautiful and the housekeeping coming every day was amazing. The view from our room on the 9th floor was to die for!! We spent lunch every day at the balashi bar and not only the staff but the drinks there were amazing. Ruins Del Mar was one of the best meals we had all trip. Make sure to reserve your palapas ahead of time and be down at the towel hut by 9:00am to claim them. Will definitely be back!!

This was one of the best resorts I’ve stayed at
The staff was very friendly and attentive. The location is perfectly situated between two hotspots in Noord so there is lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Only feedback is they should let visitors know that certain amenities are not available due to construction or otherwise. The kids club and steakhouse on site were both closed during our stay

We had our honeymoon here and it was Everything we could have hoped for.

We had a wonderful stay. My only compliant was having to be at the towel hut by 9am to check in for the umbrellas that we rented in advance and were paying for each day.

Hotel location and landscaping are outstanding.
Close to all exterior and beach restaurants.
Pools are nice and night swim feels good since the water is warm.
The only negative point is thhe breakfast(so so basic for a 5 star hotel like Hyatt)
